Thermoforming

ELCO's high-performance thermoforming lines with CNC-controlled finishing enable fast and flexible implementation of ideas and processes, regardless of whether small batches or mass production are required. ELCO mainly processes plastic sheets, which are fed into the system via a feeder, where they are heated up so that they take on the contour of the forming tool by means of compressed air on one side and vacuum from the other. Downstream cooling enables subsequent dimensional stability for post-processing operations such as punching or milling.
