Injection moulding

The core of high-precision plastic production.

With modern injection moulding machinery, the injection moulding of thermoplastics constitutes the core of in-house production – made extremely economical on account of the high volumes produced. Sophisticated plastic products of every dimension (from 3 g to 3.5 kg) and for every application are produced quickly, cleanly, reliably and, if required, in combination with hybrid technology, in-mould techniques or multi-component technology. In addition to standard thermoplastics such as PS, PE and PP, we also use high-quality industrial plastics such as ABS, ASA, PMMA, PA, PC, POM, TPE etc.


Full production power with vacuum technology.

Thermoforming or vacuum forming has emerged as an economical and effective processing method, which logically complements injection moulding and extrusion. High-performance thermoforming machines ensure smooth and efficient production of cutlery trays up to 1.2 m in width.


High performance all along the line.

In particular, extrusion of hollow-section profiles made from environmentally friendly polystyrene is a characteristic ELCO specialty. The method’s high efficiency is also achieved through immediate finishing and customised packaging immediately in the course of the manufacturing process
