The development process: meticulous and creative - A team of experts
Our product development process starts with the arrival of an inquiry from the customer or the internal decision to develop a new item. The first step in our development process is the clear clarification of the product requirements.
The aim of our product development is to successfully achieve all project goals with equal weighting for our company and the customer and to make the experience gained available to others. Since the requirements of our customers with regard to the content and adherence to deadlines in projects are constantly growing and, at the same time, project durations are becoming shorter and shorter, a division of labor and integration of many different functions and skills is essential.
The various work areas must be staffed by experts who, on the one hand, are available to our customers as competent contacts and, on the other hand, know our internal requirements and ensure that the processes are implemented. The basis for the entire process is our internal process map. It contains the functions that are necessary for the project, the milestones of the project process and their chronological structure, and the assignment of the key points to the functions.
Based on the requirements and deadlines, it describes the sequence of the entire project and assigns each team member his work and its deadline. Thus, each customer can see in which phase the project is currently, what the next project step is and how it stands with regard to compliance with the various criteria.
